Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of New Mexico.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients in a SNF / LTC setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a SNF / LTC setting
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of New Mexico
