Overview of the Role

The Fire Alarm Installation Technician at Firetrol Protection Systems will be responsible for installing fire alarm systems and providing ongoing maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems and will be familiar with various fire alarm systems and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Install fire alarm systems and provide ongoing maintenance and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in existing fire alarm systems.
  • Interact professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
  • Review and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  • Familiarity with various fire alarm systems and equipment.
  • State of Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks for government and federal compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
