Job Title: Fire Protection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team at Allied Fire Protection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of fire safety and protection in various commercial settings.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler systems, 3 years in fire alarm systems, and 2 years in extinguisher systems. They must also possess NICET level certification for their trade and applicable/current TX Dept of Insurance license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and extinguisher systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on fire protection equipment and systems
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of fire protection codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum education of High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and procedures used in the installation process
  • Current and clear TX DL and clean driving record as well as applicable criminal background check
  • Ability to take direction from upper management and work effectively in a team environment
