Fire Alarm Installation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Installation Technician to join our team at Firetrol Protection Systems, the national leader in fire protection and life safety services. About the Role:
  • Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in existing fire alarm systems, applying technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues through professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analyze and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to guarantee accurate installations and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance is required.
  • Familiarity with various fire alarm systems and equipment is essential for success in this role.
  • A valid State of Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) or willingness to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe is necessary.
  • A valid Driver's License and clean driving record are also required.
  • The ability to pass background checks for government and federal compliance is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic is ideal for this role.
