Executive Director Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident decision-maker with a proven track record in guest service, employee management, business operations, and people motivation. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining fast, accurate service and providing excellent customer service, while modeling restaurant hospitality
- Maximizing store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing initiatives
- Overseeing and partnering on increasing catering sales
- Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Working with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- Managing food and labor costs
- Executing company policies and procedures
- Monitoring food inventory levels and ordering product when necessary
- Managing and maintaining safe working conditions
- Managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduce turnover
- Interviewing and hiring team members
- Providing proper training for team members
- Anticipating and identifying problems and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Ensuring continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
The Executive Director will play a key role in supporting the company by maintaining an outstanding work environment through leadership, direction, training, and development.
