Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Duties:
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
    • Maintain proper stock levels and reorder materials as needed to optimize inventory control procedures.
    • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory control procedures and reduce loss.
    • Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate records.
    • Identify and report discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts to the Inventory Manager.
    • Assist in implementing inventory control measures to reduce loss and improve efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
    • Assist with product labeling, barcoding, and tagging as necessary to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Attributes:
    • 21 years or older
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience
    • 1 year of cannabis experience preferred
  • Skills:
    • Lifting 25+ pounds
    • Data entry
    • Basic math
    • Problem-Solving
    • Stocking
    • Standing for an entire shift
    • Compliance with state laws and regulations
