About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, and HVAC equipment.
  • Complete maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Conduct visual inspections and testing of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Dismantle and repair defective machines and equipment, installing new components as needed.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatuses, such as transformers, wiring, and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
  • Repair and maintain the physical structure of our establishments.
  • Set up and operate machine tools, such as grinders and drills, to repair and fabricate machine parts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to fellow team members, members, owners, and guests.
  • Respond to calls and questions from members, owners, and guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular building rounds and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain, clean, and chemically balance pools, spas, and water features as directed.
Requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years or more of related experience.
  • Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification.
  • Driver's License (non-commercial) – must be state specific.
