Job Description:
Patient Care Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MRI Scanner Operator to join our dynamic team. As an MRI Scanner Operator, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing MRI procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and follow-up instructions.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MRI equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field required.
- Certification: Certified Registered Technologist (CRT) certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) required.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience as an MRI technologist preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
