Overview
Sound Physicians, a physician-founded and led national medical group, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to manage the on-site operations of our physician practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and be able to provide executive support to the practice medical director and team.

Job Summary
The Operations Director will serve as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, and Sound operational team. Key responsibilities include providing executive support, office management functions, collaborating with the Medical Director, and facilitating daily patient census/reconciliation and multi-disciplinary rounds. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure all aspects of recruiting, on-boarding, and orientation are executed, including coordination of onsite interviews and site visits.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 3-5 years of experience working in healthcare operations. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations, and basic understanding of financial and budgeting processes/principles are also essential. Experience managing a physician group practice is preferred.

Salary Range
$60,000-$100,000 annually, with bonus opportunities based on performance and location. Benefits
