Healthcare Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Director to join our team at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center.
Salary: $50.96 - $76.46 per hour (based on 40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform essential job functions and job-specific competencies, including critical thinking and strong leadership abilities.
- Current Oregon RN License and Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
