Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Child Welfare Care Specialist to provide coordination of behavioral health services for children in out-of-home care. As a key member of our team, you will assess and assist children in need, educate caregivers on medical care and medication management, and ensure consistent collaboration with Sunshine Health.

This role involves service referral and identification, assessment, multi-disciplinary team coordination, discharge planning, HEDIS care gap reports review, quality management, documentation, and comprehensive behavioral health assessments. If you have strong interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills, we encourage you to apply.

Our ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of child welfare experience, a Master's degree in social work or a related field, and a valid driver's license. We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
