We are a dynamic pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Global Head of R&D, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain administrative processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Support project planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

$62,000 - $72,000 per annum, depending on experience.
