Key Responsibilities- Follow General Work Requirements in various settings
- Adhere to environmental health and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and service aircraft avionics and electronic systems
- Document all work performed in accordance with relevant manuals and regulations
- Operate necessary ground support equipment
- Assist with mechanical and electrical installations and removals
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Support maintenance efforts at off-site locations when required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Completion of Avionics or Electrical A/C Technical School or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of relevant avionics experience
- Ability to interpret electrical engineering schematics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic set of hand tools and inventory management skills
- Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays
- Capability to work in varying weather conditions
- Eligibility to obtain necessary security clearances
- Relevant certifications as required by the position
- Basic computer proficiency
