Product Line Manager

The Product Line Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, profitability, and market share by effectively managing a specific product offering. This involves day-to-day activities related to the product line, as well as identifying and justifying new products for innovation and line extensions. The Product Line Manager must work collaboratively across functions to set and achieve business goals through a clearly articulated product strategy.

Key responsibilities include creating and achieving strategic goals through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring product health for the product portfolio, generating and maintaining market and product intelligence, and developing projects and product improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive and detail orientation to execute that vision.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of product management experience for a manufacturing company (B2B experience)
  • Exposure and experience in strategic planning and how that relates to the product line
  • Demonstrated ability to perform market analytics and drive action based on results
  • Ability to deeply understand and simply communicate product technical attributes
  • Flexible to be located at our Headquarters in Shirley, MA or our Co-Lab in Portland, OR
  • Must be available to be on site 2-3 days per week
