Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical and business teams of clients post-project implementation to pave the way for future complex engagements.

• Enhance the lifecycle of monitoring and observability tools, focusing on product development and automation from design to continuous improvement.

• Partner with clients during troubleshooting, design consulting, and software platform development, ensuring comprehensive capacity planning and launch reviews.

• Participate in pre-sales activities by understanding customer needs and providing in-depth technical insights on specific platforms.

• Contribute to project planning by participating in kickoff meetings and communicating client requirements to the project team.

• Assist in the design process by reviewing design documents and contributing to the development of tailored customer solutions.

• Execute assigned tasks during implementation, including troubleshooting, service requests, and software updates.

• Engage in post-incident reviews and identify opportunities for process enhancements to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in system administration or software development, or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field with additional practical experience.

• Willingness to work occasional weekends or after hours as needed.

• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Valid U.S. driver's license and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. of equipment.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and/or Dynatrace is advantageous.

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
