Electrical Engineer Job Description

SOL Engineering Services, LLC is a leading engineering and technical services provider, with over 20 years of experience in delivering high-quality solutions to clients across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement electrical systems and solutions.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and analysis of electrical/electronic systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, including training and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong technical, oral, and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in outdoor settings, with physical demands of the job requiring occasional lifting, bending, and standing.
