About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Electrical Construction Supervisor to join our team at Omega Enterprises. As a specialist in mine chambers and electrical engineering, you will independently plan and implement projects in the field of mine construction and the installation of machinery and electrical equipment underground.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Project Coordination**: Monitor and coordinate all underground conversion orders to ensure construction quality, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  • **Documentation and Reporting**: Document and report on construction progress and deviations, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • **Collaboration and Interface Management**: Collaborate closely with various trades, including electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • **Safety and Health Support**: Provide support and guidance to employees on safety and health-related matters, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • **Defect Identification and Resolution**: Identify and initiate measures to address defects and deviations, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Support the organizational unit in quality assurance tasks, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards.
About You
  • **Education**: Hold a completed degree in civil engineering, construction technician, architecture, or a comparable education in the mining sector.
  • **Experience**: Possess several years of professional experience in the mining or tunneling industry, as well as in the supervision of construction projects in the field of electrical engineering.
  • **Knowledge and Skills**: Have sound knowledge of relevant standards, such as VOB, and be proficient in MS Office and SAP.
  • **Language Skills**: Possess excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form.
