Join Our Team as an Advanced Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Advanced Manufacturing Technicians to join our team at KARL STORZ, where you will play a critical role in the production of precision components for medical device manufacturing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. As an Advanced Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment, inspecting parts, editing CNC programs, and performing basic TPM activities. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Lean process improvement team to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes.

Requirements:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in CNC machining and setup.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and machining medical device components is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and management.
