IntePros is looking for a Chargeback Analyst to support our global pharmaceuticals solutions client. This position entails the reconciliation of outstanding chargeback lines and the communication of results to management. The role requires a thorough analysis of variance lines, management of supplier partnerships, and the assurance of prompt collections while minimizing write-offs. Ideal candidates will possess robust analytical abilities, a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, and the capacity to navigate intricate supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed investigations into variance lines submitted by suppliers; pinpoint the root causes of discrepancies and determine suitable resolutions. Complex challenges may necessitate collaboration with various internal teams and supplier contacts.

Reconcile chargebacks following established protocols.

Maintain regular communication with suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies.

Oversee the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for designated suppliers, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments and adherence to aging targets set by senior management. Strive to reduce write-off figures.

Essential Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel (e.g., basic formulas, VLOOKUP).

Experience with SAP/Citrix is advantageous.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant and progressively responsible experience is required.

A post-graduate business degree is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of product and supplier networks, product interrelations, GPOs, 340B, and trends within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical wholesale pricing and contract structures.

A comprehensive understanding of ABC policies, programs, services, and business segments (retail, health systems, alternate care, and group purchasing organizations).

Exceptional computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Understanding of sales, procurement, supply chain management, and inventory management principles.

Outstanding relationship and contract management skills.

Excellent project management capabilities, including the ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple diverse projects in a cross-functional setting.

Ability to address confrontational issues constructively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Capacity to implement processes that ensure effective audit practices.
