IntePros is in search of a Chargeback Analyst to support our global pharmaceutical solutions client. This role is crucial for reconciling outstanding chargeback entries and communicating results to management. The position requires a thorough analysis of variance lines, effective management of supplier partnerships, and ensuring prompt collections while minimizing write-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive analysis of variance lines returned by suppliers; pinpoint the root causes of discrepancies and devise suitable resolutions. Complex challenges may necessitate collaboration with various internal teams and supplier contacts.

Reconcile chargebacks in alignment with established protocols.

Maintain regular communication with suppliers to resolve payment-related issues.

Oversee the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for designated suppliers, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts and adherence to aging targets set by senior management. Aim to reduce write-off figures.

Essential Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with intermediate Excel capabilities (e.g., basic formulas, VLOOKUP).

Experience with SAP/Citrix is advantageous.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant and progressively responsible experience is required.

A post-graduate business degree is preferred.

Strong understanding of product and supplier dynamics, product relationships, GPOs, 340B, and trends within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical wholesale pricing and contract structures.

Comprehensive knowledge of ABC policies, programs, services, and business segments (retail, health systems, alternate care, and group purchasing organizations).

Exceptional computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Understanding of sales, procurement, supply chain management, and inventory management principles.

Outstanding relationship and contract management skills.

Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to collaborate across the organization and manage multiple diverse projects in a cross-functional setting.

Ability to approach confrontational issues constructively.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Capability to implement processes that ensure satisfactory audit practices.
