We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on program implementation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing operational support to optimize client benefits strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation and Oversight: Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration of benefits platforms and adherence to client-specific requirements.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including COBRA, FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs.
- Operational Support: Provide data-driven insights on program utilization and recommend strategies to optimize benefits.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR services, or account management.
