Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the citizens of Hillsborough County. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding County services and programs.
  • Use office equipment and software to receive and respond to customer requests and complaints.
  • Establish and update customer records.
  • Communicate with operational teams and coordinate services as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Graduation from high school or possession of a GED certificate.
  • Two years of experience as a customer service representative in a call center.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Working Conditions

This position will be working in an office environment and will require sitting for extended periods of time.

Language
