Position Summary: As the Geospatial Integration Platform Lead, you will report directly to the Director of Service Delivery. Your primary role will involve overseeing the deployment of Geonexus software for both new and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their onboarding experience by leading workshops focused on technical and functional needs, managing software setup and configuration, conducting user training, and sharing best practices for successful product utilization and long-term success. You will juggle multiple implementation projects, engaging with clients both on-site and remotely through digital collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the implementation and upgrades of the Geonexus Integration Platform.
  • Participate in project initiation meetings to outline scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead customer workshops to collect and document requirements effectively.
  • Oversee software installation, configuration, and testing processes.
  • Advise clients on data management and migration strategies.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on platform functionality and best practices.
  • Ensure software quality by identifying and retesting defects.
  • Address system and performance challenges during the implementation phase.
  • Manage go-live activities and offer post-launch assistance.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer success narratives, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS (ArcMap or ArcPro) and a solid understanding of geodatabases, Esri web services, and the Utility Network.
  • Familiarity with RESTful services and basic networking concepts, including database connections and firewall troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Ability to manage database user accounts and permissions effectively.
  • Practical experience with SQL, including the ability to write complex queries involving multiple tables.
  • Understanding of system integration principles, including primary and foreign keys, field data mappings, and data translations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and addressing complex customer workflows.
  • Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating Esri ArcGIS with enterprise utility systems such as SAP, Maximo, or Oracle Cloud Utilities.
  • Knowledge of data integration technologies like iPaaS, ESB, or FME.
  • Experience with multi-tenant databases.
  • Familiarity with Schneider ArcFM.
  • Understanding of asset-intensive industries such as utilities, telecommunications, and public works.
  • Knowledge of asset management concepts, including asset hierarchy and service requests.
  • Ability to read and manipulate XML data.
