Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop large-scale technical enablement programs that boost the productivity of our Field Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and curate enablement content that reflects the latest product updates, platform advancements, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement targeted enablement initiatives designed to increase field productivity, ensuring technical teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to efficiently engage with customers and drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end program development process, from discovery and program design to implementation and evaluation, ensuring that all programs align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and knowledge sharing among technical teams, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence in customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Deep experience in developing/delivering training & enablement, ideally in a Tech / Data focused company.
  • A track record of designing and executing enablement programs that measurably improve the productivity and effectiveness of field teams, particularly in technical and customer-facing roles.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, coupled with a strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence and engage large audiences.
