Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT services at the site level that meet quality, reliability, and cost expectations.
  • Oversee the delivery of Margin Improvement Projects.
  • Track site incident and request tickets to ensure timely resolution within SLA, while identifying and addressing root causes.
  • Guarantee that critical site applications are operational, updated, backed up, and supported by both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Promote the adoption of enterprise digital technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
  • Manage the roadmap for site reliability enhancements, coordinating upgrades, patching, and project activities with site downtime schedules.
  • Collaborate with various partners and IT teams, including on-site support and remote desktop support, to achieve IT site reliability objectives.
  • Establish and maintain site reliability targets that align with the site's compelling business needs.
  • Enhance digital literacy, organizational change management, and IT updates as necessary to support enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in leading IT programs or service teams.
  • Experience in implementing IT software or hardware solutions.
  • Proven track record of working across various functions and levels to achieve site-level IT outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural and global setting.
  • Self-motivated and proactive learner.
  • Experience in providing training and knowledge sharing.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and connected devices in the manufacturing sector.
