Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Audit Plans: Design and execute comprehensive audit plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial statements and related processes.
  • Collaborate with Executive Management: Work closely with our executive team to align audit objectives with our organizational goals and risk management strategies.

  • Oversee Audit Execution: Lead the execution of financial audits, including substantive testing, analytical procedures, and compliance testing.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with our finance, legal, and operations teams to address cross-functional financial issues and promote a culture of financial accountability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Experience: 6+ years of strong audit experience with a demonstrated progression of responsibility required, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.
  • Industry Experience: Property and Casualty Insurance Industry experience preferred.
