At Pic the Gift, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Team Lead to join our team. As a Seasonal Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Hot Teams by providing technical guidance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct job assignments and provide technical hands-on leadership to ensure hot items are produced on time.
  • Act as a technical troubleshooter to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
  • Train new employees and employees working on new jobs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor employees and organize workflows to guarantee a smooth and efficient manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with Department Supervisors and their teams to ensure effective communication and planning.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or transferable experience and college coursework preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a production/warehouse team lead.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Wentzville, MO.
  • Hours for the shift are 7:00a - 3:30p, Overtime is based on needs for the facility 7:00a - 4:30p.
  • Pay range: $18-20 per hour.
