Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System Inc. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist with patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current State LPN License.
  • High School Diploma or GED and LPN diploma and Licensure.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting, with a minimum of 2 years experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric care setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
