You will be responsible for spearheading and executing network infrastructure projects to completion.Collaborates across business partners and technology teams to investigate, devise solutions, and resolve incidents while continuously enhancing support.
Defines assignment objectives, gathers pertinent information, and consults with business partners and management. Provides second-level business-technical support. Proactively manages and escalates risks and customer-impacting issues in daily operations to management.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve outstanding incidents from start to finish (including ticket assignment, investigation, resolution, testing, and validation).
Facilitates the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives. Assigns and reviews research requests. Supports business process representation for all compliance or internal audit reviews as well as external inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify, you should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Analytics
- 4+ years of experience in Payments, Banking, FinTech, or a related field
- Alternatively, 6+ years of experience in Payments, Banking, or Financial Technology without a degree
Preferred Qualifications:
If we had our preference, we would also look for:
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Troubleshooting or related fields.
Compensation:
The base salary for this role typically ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,000. Additional incentives may be offered as part of a competitive total compensation package.
Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the salary for this position.
