Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment: Ensure the store is free from hazards and maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and associates.
  • Customer Service: Treat all customers, associates, and other leaders with respect, demonstrating courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.
  • Personal and Store Brand: Represent and support the Company brand at all times, maintaining a professional appearance and ensuring all associates adhere to the Company Dress Code.
  • General Merchandising: Ensure recovery, sizing, and markdowns are completed to Company standards, process all merchandise with a sense of urgency, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Loss Prevention: Understand and comply with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program, maintaining a high level of awareness on the sales floor, and ensuring all associates are executing to Company standards.
  • Front End Supervision and Operations: Execute all Company Best Practices, maintain pace, energy, and presence at the Front End, and ensure all associates are executing to Company standards.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements/ADA:

Ability to use all store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PC as required. Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store. Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop. Ability to occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 lbs.

Associates who work stockroom shifts: ability to regularly push, pull, and lift more than 20 lbs.
