Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Direct Support Professional 2 to join our team at Bridgewell. This role will involve providing daily support and assistance to individuals in Level 2 residential programs, helping them develop skills and independence.

As a Direct Support Professional 2, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support and training in activities of daily living
  • Creating opportunities for individuals to make decisions and develop their skills
  • Ensuring services are delivered according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies
  • Transporting and accompanying individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities

Essential Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 1 year experience working with people with disabilities preferred
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  4. Valid driver's license and 1 year driving experience

Compensation Package

  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
