Key Responsibilities

Oversee project activities and manage 1-3 foremen to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with teams to uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Conduct site visits to ensure work is performed according to specifications and timelines.
Assist in coordinating resources, materials, and equipment for optimal project efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project activities and progress.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in civil construction, specifically in water and wastewater projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
Proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to navigate project challenges.
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera (preferred but not required).
