Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor clinical staff, including PT, OT, Speech Language Pathology, and Support Team members
  • Develop and implement clinical programs, procedures, and systems to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and champion best practices
  • Develop and manage standard work related to clinical and business practices
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
  • 2-5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
