Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Services Supervisor to join our team at Children's Minnesota. As a key member of our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor clinical staff, including PT, OT, Speech Language Pathology, and Support Team members.
  • Develop and implement standard work related to clinical practice and business operations.
  • Participate in the implementation and measurement of best practices for clinical care improvement.
  • Champion exceptional patient experience and develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Support a single site location for Rehabilitation Services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
  • 2-5 years of clinical therapy experience, preferably in pediatrics, ambulatory, and/or inpatient care settings.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OTR, RPT, SLP-CCC certification.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive execution and inspire and empower others.
