About the Job

This role involves setting up and programming various tools and equipment to create, modify, or repair precision parts. As a Precision Manufacturing Specialist, you will monitor the machinery and conduct regular quality checks to ensure that it is running properly and that the parts are being produced according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machinery Setup: Check CNC machinery before set up and configure it to successfully conduct the run as specified.
  • Programming: Conduct all necessary programming required for the production process.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met.
  • Maintenance: Perform all necessary machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Safety: Follow safety standards at all times and report any concerns to management immediately.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Able to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
