About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Columbus, OH.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Overview

This is a full-time or part-time position offering an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evaluation and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Ohio SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
