Job Opportunity

The Jones Payne Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development of projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects throughout the country, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop project designs that meet client and stakeholder requirements.
  • Develop construction documents, coordinate with subconsultants, and provide support during the construction process.
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to the firm's growth and development.
  • Support the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years' experience in architecture, with a focus on public and private sector projects.
  • Project management experience with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Revu, and other design software.
  • Working knowledge of construction assemblies, engineering systems, and building envelopes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both in person and virtually.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites nationwide.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification a plus.
  • Experience with community engagement and stakeholder management a plus.
