Key Responsibilities

  • Support project management in the execution of sustainable projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with our project management team to develop and implement integral, sustainable design, approval, and execution plans, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Manage and coordinate BIM-related tasks, including project-related BIM management, support, communication, and knowledge management, quality control, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with our structural engineering, building services, electrical engineering, and construction supervision teams to ensure that all aspects of project execution are well-coordinated and managed.
  • Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, focusing on climate-neutral planning to create sustainable buildings.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in architecture or a comparable education.
  • Have several years of professional experience with all phases of project execution for medium to large projects.
  • Be familiar with relevant approval and planning regulations, laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Have experience with BIM processes and technologies.
  • Be passionate about integral planning and curious about software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, and Solibri Model Checker.
