About the Position

">

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Construction Governance Specialist to join our team in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Corporate Real Estate (CRE) programs of solar design and construction projects from inception through occupancy.

Main Responsibilities

">

The Real Estate Construction Governance Specialist will develop program plans for the delivery of multiple corporate solar projects, including developing program scope and schedule, identifying risks and mitigation plans, and driving successful execution of the portfolio of solar projects. They will also develop program budgets and identify financial assumptions, as well as develop program reporting and lead reviews with management.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, or a related technical field, and at least 3+ years of post-graduate program management governance experience. You will also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite of Applications, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation.
