You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, providing expert guidance to clients on complex issues related to construction and real estate. With excellent organization, technical, and communication skills, you will effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to perform auditing of construction costs.
  • Analyze and summarize client documents, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Create high-quality client deliverables, presenting findings to senior management, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Balance multiple priorities and projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality work.
  • Collaborate with StoneTurn practice areas to deliver coordinated services.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, researching opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proprietary nature of client relationships.
  • Assist with engagement management administration, including billing and conflict checks.
  • Mentor Consultants and Interns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, with accounting preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as an auditor in professional services, the construction industry, or related fields, with CPA certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction management methods, approaches, and generally accepted practices.
  • Understanding of construction and project processes, including procurement, contracting, forecasting, and change management.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Project.
  • Flexibility with travel requirements for client engagements.
  • Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform technical projects, manage team and client expectations.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
