Aveanna Private Duty Nurse RN-Part Time Days is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families. As a skilled nursing professional, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Implement and manage patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Ability to travel to patient homes and work in a variety of environments.
