Job Title: Tanning Representative

Job Summary:

The Tanning Representative is a key member of our Relax and Recover department, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our tanning and wellness services. As a Tanning Representative, you will be the face of our club, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their tanning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on tanning beds, hydro massage, and spray tan units.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling tanning products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest tanning products and services, and be able to explain the benefits and features to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized tanning facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily administrative tasks, including paperwork and goal tracking.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in retail or customer service environment.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification and SmartTan certification.

Work Environment:

This is a part-time position working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
