Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant for the upcoming academic year. This role is a great opportunity for a passionate professional to make a difference in the lives of students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, identifying areas of strength and need.
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals, promoting effective communication and academic success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, focusing on areas such as articulation, phonology, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive language.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Proven experience working with children in a school or clinical setting, with a strong understanding of communication disorders and their impact on academic success.
