Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:
As a Phlebotomist with All Medical Personnel, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
- Label and process blood samples according to established laboratory procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and laboratory results.
- Work effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory procedures and technologies.
Requirements:
- Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed.
- Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
- Reliable transportation with at least 4 years of licensed driving experience and a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED.
