Phlebotomy Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomy Instructor to join our team at Florence-Darlington Technical College. As a Phlebotomy Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the art and science of phlebotomy, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this field.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive phlebotomy training programs, including hands-on and theoretical instruction.
• Manage classroom environments, ensuring a safe and effective learning experience for students.
• Prepare and maintain current course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Supervise students and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Recommend adequate instructional materials and laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned courses.

• High School diploma from an accredited school.
• Current Phlebotomy Technician certificate.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Minimum 1 year of working as a Phlebotomy Technician in a clinical laboratory, hospital, or physicians' office and/or phlebotomy experience.
