  • Performance Management: Oversee the professional growth and performance evaluations of team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reliability Strategy: Collaborate in the formulation of the annual reliability budget and long-term strategic plans.
  • Engineering Excellence: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering discipline within the team.
  • Condition Monitoring Oversight: Lead the Condition Monitoring Team, driving initiatives that enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly review condition monitoring data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Participation: Act as the Reliability Representative on capital projects, ensuring reliability considerations are integrated into project planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of ten years of experience in the chemical or refinery sector.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in turnaround projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and a variety of process equipment.
  • Project management experience, including budget oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both fixed and rotating equipment.
  • Previous work experience in a similar operational environment.
