Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the creditworthiness of both new and existing clients by analyzing financial documents, credit histories, and other pertinent information.
  • Determine and uphold credit limits based on thorough analysis and risk evaluation.
  • Oversee credit accounts to detect potential concerns and guarantee compliance with credit agreements.
  • Advise on modifications to credit limits in response to evolving credit profiles and payment behaviors.
  • Manage collection processes to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding receivables.
  • Support sales teams with insights on credit policies and customer credit assessments.
  • Compile regular reports and analyses regarding credit performance, aging accounts, and provisions for bad debts.
  • Offer strategic insights and recommendations to upper management based on credit performance metrics.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in credit or accounts receivable, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Experience in a financial institution and familiarity with third-party vendors for credit evaluations is highly desirable.

This role provides exceptional benefits, including a competitive 401k match, generous paid time off, comprehensive medical coverage, a flexible work schedule, and more. The compensation range is between $115,000 and $125,000, plus bonuses.
