We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a MOUD RN - Clinical Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive on-site services to our MOUD program members.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions to develop individualized treatment programs.
- Deliver on-site services, administer medications, and coordinate care with psychiatric and medical providers.
- Collaborate with MOUD Providers to schedule telehealth appointments, manage referrals, and obtain routine labs and urine drug screens.
- Implement individualized treatment programs and medical plans, including administering medications and diagnostic tests according to established protocols.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
