We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at DFW Home Health, a part of LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to drive business growth

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
