We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Beaumont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Observe and report any conditions requiring management attention.
  • Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
  • Routinely turn and position patients.
  • Perform range of motion and reality orientation with residents as directed.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Assistant Certification from the state.
  • Ability to record information and perform technical procedures.
  • Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
  • Genuine care for and interest in elderly and handicapped individuals.
  • Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
  • Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
